Daniel Towns is the Founder & CEO of Warriors Haven Development Group, LLC, a veteran-led organization focused on housing stability, operational coordination, and strategic development initiatives supporting veterans and underserved communities.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience in logistics, operations management, and organizational development, Daniel brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach centered on accountability, execution, and long-term impact.

Driven by his commitment to those who served, he founded Warriors Haven Development Group to help strengthen housing pathways, strategic partnerships, and veteran-focused support initiatives through government, nonprofit, and private-sector collaboration.

Charles Pinkney is a strategic and results-driven leader with over 15 years of experience spanning engineering, operations, project and program management, supply chain transformation, construction management, and aerospace operations. He brings a strong combination of technical expertise and executive-level operational leadership, enabling him to guide complex, large-scale initiatives across high-performance environments. He currently serves as a Civil Engineering Officer in the United States Air Force Reserve, leading multi-million-dollar infrastructure and mission-critical operational programs. He holds a STEM MBA from North Carolina State University, dual engineering degrees, and is a licensed PE, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
